You may be wondering where I've been these past many months. Well, let me tell you. I've been here www.barbqnbrew.com. Yep, that's where I live during the summer months, even when we can't really say we're in summer. I head over to BBQ land and live there from about May through, oh, gosh, I'd say it's going to be September or October this year. Who knows, if Jim gets the cover over my BBQ space built, it may even last until November, except for those snowy days we get occasionally. But, we can't forget that it highly likely that we'll be smoking the turkey for Thanksgiving again - it was such a hit last year!
Today will be another BBQ day with a chargrilled pepper salad, salmon smoked on the smoker and and bread grilled on the gas grill, so I'll just share some pictures with you and you can head over to BBQ land with me for the rest of the summer, though, you may see from time to time a post here. You can bet those posts will reflect the weather in that the weather that day must have been so bad that it wasn't possible to BBQ.
